J & J Owens
Electric, Inc. was established in 1964, headquartered in
Burlingame with offices in San Mateo, California. We specialize in
providing electrical work and energy-savings solutions to
residential, commercial and industrial facilities worldwide. With
over 40 years of experience in the electrical and energy fields, we
have the knowledge and level of expertise to effectively analyze the
current state of a company's or residence's energy system, and to
design and implement the Energy Solution that best meet its needs. We
are committed to professionalism, total quality of our products and
services, and most importantly to our customers' overall
satisfaction. Always at the forefront of technology, we installed
some of the very first Solar Electric and Water Heating systems in
the Bay Area back in the 70's and 80's. Solar was recently added to
the name of the company to reinforce our mission of efficiently
utilizing our natural resources and harnessing power from the Sun.
Over the years people have relied on our quick response time,

Team of Energy Consultants are professional electricians or engineers
experienced in gathering the important data our company needs to
accurately assess the effectiveness of possible Energy Solutions. As
an integral focus, we perform an extremely detailed analysis or
energy audit throughout the whole facility, reviewing many variables
others may overlook. By gathering relevant information about our
client's site, electrical system, main equipment operations,
electrical billing issues and history, and goals, a comprehensive
report is submitted to our central staff for review. After a complete
evaluation of the site and facility's data, our energy consultants
